The simplest instruction is: “Apply it to the affected area.” In this case, as in the vast majority of others, there is no need to remove it from its original packaging. The device works perfectly through the packaging. As a result, you will preserve the integrity of the dodecahedron and extend its service life. The duration of exposure is determined by how you feel.
